The Initial Visit

All of our swimming pool maintenance packages begin with our initial visit. This is an important step of the process to ensure your pool and its water is ready for our flat rate regular maintenance package. This visit includes the cleaning regimen outlined below, but also includes:

• Confirming the pool information gathered for your maintenance quote

• A detailed evaluation of the surface of the pool, the pool equipment, and the current water chemistry.

• If any issues are found, a detailed quote for getting the pool ready will be provided

Weekly Maintenance

Weekly pool maintenance is the easiest way to have a carefree, hands off pool experience. Each visit we complete the following:

• Clear the debris from the deck surrounding the pool

• Brush the waterline tile, and any elevated flat surfaces

• Remove all debris from the pool surface and vacuum the floor as needed

• Clear skimmer baskets to ensure proper water flow

• Test and balance all 5 chemical parameters (Chlorine/Salt, pH, Alkalinity, Calcium, Stabilizer)

• Clear all debris from your equipment and backwash filter if necessary

Biweekly Maintenance

Bi-Weekly pool maintenance means a visit every other week and is a great cost saving option for homeowners who are willing to do a little bit of work in between visits. We do everything included in the weekly maintenance program above, but there are some things we recommend you do on the off week like;

• Clear the debris from the deck surrounding the pool

• Clear skimmer baskets to ensure proper water flow

• Test chlorine to ensure the pool is ready for use

• Clear all debris from your equipment and backwash filter if necessary
